Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code or use the service for unlawful activity.

Product information

We aim to present colours, measurements, prices and availability accurately. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Water-reactive contrast varies with wetness, light and the selected colour. Product descriptions may be updated when specifications or availability change.

Orders, payment and cancellation

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Taxes, duties or other charges are shown at checkout when collected by us. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when it has been confirmed and can be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order where payment, inventory, fraud screening, address information or an obvious pricing error prevents fulfilment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Standard shipping is free, orders are dispatched within 48 hours and eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery. The current Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Bushavn name, site design, product photography, copy and other site content are owned by us or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or exploited commercially without permission.

Service availability and liability

We may update, suspend or correct the site when reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
