Free standard shipping on every order

Bushavn does not charge for standard shipping to destinations available at checkout. Any optional paid express service is shown separately before payment.

Dispatched within 48 hours

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after order confirmation. Dispatch means the parcel has been prepared and handed to the carrier; delivery time begins after dispatch.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Available delivery estimates are shown during checkout when supported. When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier schedules, customs processing, weather and local delivery conditions can affect arrival dates.

Address accuracy

Enter a complete delivery address and contact support@bushavn.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Free standard shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage charges that may be required by the destination country unless checkout states that they are included.

Delays, loss and delivery issues

If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. If tracking has stopped updating or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number.
